The class combines therapeutic and playful immersion in Hatha and Yin Yoga with focus on both dynamic and gentle poses as well as various breathing exercises. Through mindful practices and psychotherapeutic perspective we build the approach of cultivating deep awareness of the body and its sensations and emotions to calm down and regulate the nervous system. The aim of this class is to offer a safe space for all who need to pause or face anxiety, panic attacks, depression or trauma in which you can perhaps return back home to your true Self with curiosity and compassion.
