Breath is movement and movement is breath. Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that links every breath to a particular movement to create a flowing and fast-paced sequence. Moving by following your breath can give you a heart-pumping workout, yes, but also very gently and peaceful close the flow as our teacher Gabi does. In this energizing practice, you will use targeted drills to enhance your range of motion and overall mobility, while incorporating active stretching to build a body that is strong, flexible, and mobile. By balancing strength, flexibility, and mobility (SFM) in your practice, you'll equip your body to move safely and efficiently in any activity, boosting both your performance and overall health. The class also includes Pranayama (breath work techniques to deepen the body connection) and Meditation. Vinyasa brings to our lives strength, balance and trust in our body.
