Breath is movement and movement is breath. Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that links every breath to a particular movement to create a flowing and fast-paced sequence. That is the main idea of this class. Moving by following your breath will give you a little heart-pumping workout. Vinyasa yoga is an excellent tool for your health. Not only does it keep you active, but it reduces stress, is accessible for many fitness levels, and improves heart health. The class also includes pranayama (breathwork techniques to deepen the body connection) and final relaxation. Vinyasa brings to our lives strength, balance and trust in our body.
