In each session, you’ll practice poses to promote also the balance and alignment in the pelvis, pelvic floor, and supporting ligaments, encouraging your baby into an optimal position for a smoother, more functional birth. Yoga poses help to discover effective coping techniques for managing physical and mental challenges—whether in labor or early parenthood. This mindful exploration will leave you feeling more prepared and confident for your journey through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
